There can be several causes for dry hair starting from excessive styling, hormonal conditions, to something as simple as skipping the conditioner.

12. Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse
If you’ve already tried all sorts of shampoos and serums for dry hair, be willing to give this one a try too. Often, using shampoos and different products can leave residue on your hair cuticles, which hinders the production of oil/sebum that provides natural moisture to your hair. A vinegar rinse can help you cleanse the dirt away, since vinegar has clarifying properties. It also helps in maintaining a healthy pH value for your hair.
For this rinse, you’ll need 1 cup of distilled Apple Cider Vinegar in 3-4 cups of water. Apply this mixture of water and vinegar onto your hair after conditioning and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Rinse with water. Towel dry.

To make a moisturizing mask, mash an avocado into paste, then mix it with 2 tbsp of olive oil. Mix it all together. Apply to your hair and wait for 30 minutes. Rinse well for soft, shiny looks.

Egg yolks are an excellent source of protein, our hair is mostly made up of proteins and amino acids, which means that egg yolk for hair is the perfect method to boost the hair’s supply of necessary nutrients. When used alone or with other ingredients, the treatment will give you shiny, strong, and healthy hair. You can simple apply egg yolks to your hair or you can mix a tbsp of honey, and a tbsp of olive oil for extra conditioning. Apply this to your hair and leave for 30-45 minutes. Wash with shampoo and condition like you would normally do.

Using hot or warm oil in place of cold or normal oil can help in quick absorption of oil into the scalp as the warmth opens pours. Apply oil on the scalp and hair. Wrap your head with a hot towel.
